The typical Tuscan cuisine of Ristorante Cambi includes excellent antipasti of salami (the ham is cut by hand) and cheeses accompanied by delicious pickles. For the former we find the ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, tagliatelle with wild boar and penne with courgette flowers, tripe and lampredotto offal. For the main courses: the exceptional Florentine steak, fried brain, chicken with fried seasonal vegetables. Among the desserts, the apple puff pastry with hot cream, tiramisu and chocolate cake.
